Welcome to B/CS Tote Rentals. By accessing or using our website or booking a rental through our platform, you agree to these Terms of Service.

About Our Service

B/CS Tote Rentals is a local tote rental service serving Bryan and College Station, Texas. We rent heavy-duty moving totes, dollies, and moving supplies for local moves and events. We are a tote rental service only, not a moving service. Customers are responsible for packing, loading, transporting, and moving their own belongings.

Booking and Reservations

• All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by B/CS Tote Rentals.
• A booking is not confirmed until confirmation is sent and payment is received.
• We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

Payment

Payment is due before delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payments may be processed securely through Stripe. We do not store full payment card details.

Extensions, Late Returns, and Damages

• Standard moving packages include a two-week rental period.
• Extensions are available for $20 per week or $3 per day, subject to availability.
• Customers may be responsible for replacement costs for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Delivery and Pickup

B/CS Tote Rentals provides local drop-off and pickup within our service area. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery and pickup information and making equipment accessible at the agreed time.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations should be made as early as possible. Refunds may depend on timing, delivery status, and whether equipment has already been reserved or delivered.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, B/CS Tote Rentals is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services.
